Since 1999, Action Plumbing has served the Outer Banks community. Over the years, the company has grown its client base while maintaining superior customer relationships. When Action Plumbing approached us at Outer Banks Media to design a new website, we knew we had to showcase their personalized plumbing practices. We recommended using custom photography of staff to show the dedication Action Plumbing has for their customers. Using headshots on the homepage and team page with staff photos and bios allows website visitors to trust the business.

Action Plumbing wanted to continue to grow its client base by reaching new users online. We developed a mobile-friendly version of the website for potential clients to use. The website was also SEO optimized to have higher search rankings on platforms like Google. We also included a pop-up feature for new website visitors to receive a discount on future purchases. While designing, careful consideration was made in creating an easy-to-navigate site. To encourage customers to contact Action Plumbing, we made the “Find Services” and “Contact Information” tabs easily accessible in the navigation structure. Additionally, we added a “Tips + Tricks” page to the website navigation.

The page includes consistently updated blog material on news and best practices in the plumbing industry. Modern and clean website design combined with the smiling, friendly faces, make Action Plumbing’s website a strong reflection of their brand’s image.
