First Colony Foundation

First Colony Foundation is a North Carolina 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to archaeological and historical research, public education, and interpretation relating to the story of America’s beginning and the attempts of Sir Walter Raleigh to establish English Colonies on Roanoke Island. This search for Elizabethan America is a quest to discover more about what is known today as the Lost Colony.
