High Country Guide Service came to Outer Banks Media ready to elevate their digital presence from a generic Weebly website to a custom-crafted WordPress booking website built for growth. From visuals to functionality, we helped craft an online brand that reflects the fly fishing guides’ professional yet approachable style, making it easy for customers to book outdoor experiences online.

We designed and developed a custom booking system integrated with WooCommerce, giving the team full control over trip availability, guide assignments, and customer payments. Whether it is a half-day wade trip or a multi-day backcountry camping adventure, the new system allows for smooth, streamlined scheduling.

In addition to the build, we provided content production support to help clarify service offerings and bring the brand voice to life. We also helped align their brand assets for a more cohesive digital identity across the site, booking platform, and marketing materials.

To drive traffic and bookings, we set up Google Ads campaigns optimized for key terms and geographic targets, driving more traffic to their guided fly fishing and hiking experiences across the High Country and mountains of Western North Carolina.
