Outer Banks Candle Company
Kimber, candle artist and owner of The Outer Banks Candle Company, in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, approached Outer Banks Media to update her eCommerce website. Outer Banks Media revamped the previous design for better usability across devices. The new site is developed to be mobile responsive and offers an improved user-shopping experience with ease of navigation.
Kimber continues to grow her business’ customer base and expand to new wholesale retailers of her brand. The new site can manage Candle of the Month Subscriptions and allows users to log in, pause their subscription, or track an order easily. Wholesale retailers can also access their accounts through the website’s customer relationship management system as well.
After the completion of the website, Outer Banks Media continues to work with The Outer Banks Candle Company to enhance its e-commerce website. As the candle makers add new fragrances, votives, and other products, we assist them with learning to use their new site.
