Urban Cottage

Outer Banks Media worked with The Urban Cottage in Duck, North Carolina, to create a clean, user-friendly e-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce. The project focused on enhancing both the brand’s visual identity and online functionality, giving the interior design studio and home goods brick and mortar store a polished, modern online platform that’s easy to manage and built to grow.

We refreshed the brand’s digital look and developed a responsive site that reflects their curated style. The site includes full e-commerce functionality with integrated payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for every customer.

To support operations, we built a custom delivery function tailored to their fulfillment needs and provided in-depth training on how to manage products, update inventory, and process orders in WooCommerce. A portfolio feature with recently styled projects and a design intake form was added to highlight and support the interior design studio’s client intake process.
